Structural Repair Specialist

Job Description

The Structural Repair Specialist at Global Pest Services focuses on repairing and reinforcing structures damaged by pests such as termites. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including carpentry, foundation repairs, and wood replacement, ensuring the structural integrity of homes and businesses.

Job Responsibilities

Assess structural damage caused by pests and develop a plan for repairs.
Perform carpentry tasks such as replacing damaged wood, framing, and building supports.
Repair foundations, crawl spaces, and other structural components.
Collaborate with pest control technicians to identify areas of concern.
Use power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after repairs.
Provide clear communication to customers about the scope of work and timelines.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or structural repair.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
