Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Global Pest Services, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule pest control appointments and coordinate technician routes.
  • Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and treatment plans.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the company database.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to gather feedback and build rapport.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
